Even though is a relatively short book it takes time as there is so much information you need to take note of so you can review afterwards.

Great examples and exercises helped me to think through my transition from manager to director during my international assignment in Japan.
Nice one, very useful for ones who are just into new roles and jobs. Probably good to read it once again after a year too!

but for me not quite what I needed/was looking for. I did appreciate some of the points made but in general it did feel like just aiming at rather bi(ger) companies and their leaders.
